What materials are your maps made of?
Most mass-produced maps on the market use MDF — we deliberately chose birch plywood for quality, longevity, and aesthetics.
Our maps are made from high-quality birch plywood, not MDF.
Why this matters:
- Birch plywood is stronger and more durable
- Natural wood grain for a premium look
- Resistant to warping and cracking
- Lighter than MDF and safer for wall mounting
Are the colors true to what I see online?
We photograph our maps under neutral lighting, so the photos accurately reflect the real product.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take? & if we offer international Shipping?
Your Wooden Map will be in 2-3 Weeks on your wall depending on your location.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team under info@the5thflavour.store with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
We are responsible for return shipping costs. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
What is included in the package?
Each package includes:
- 3D wooden map pieces (multi-layered)
- Strong adhesive mounting tape
- Installation guide
- Protective packaging for safe delivery
Everything you need to install the map is included.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or a faulty item?
We have not encountered this issue with our customers before. However, if your item should arrive damaged, please contact us at info@the5thflavour.store immediately upon receipt. Kindly include clear photos of the damage, and our team will promptly assist you with either a replacement or a refund.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We offer a life-time warranty on our products for any manufacturing defects. To register Warranty, you don't have to do anything. Upon Purchase your item with the order number is automatically registered for Warranty.

How do I install the 3D Wooden Map?
- Scan the QR code inside the box to access the step-by-step guide.
- Apply the tape dots provided to the back of each piece.
- Position the map on your wall like a puzzle.
- Place the islands using the included stencils for perfect accuracy.
- Remove the stencils and enjoy your 3D Wooden Map as it transforms your wall.

How long does it take to install the maps and tips for installation?
Installing a 3D wooden map can take anywhere from 20 to 50 minutes, depending on the map size, wall surface. A step-by-step guide is included in the Package to help with the installation Process
- Small maps: ~20 minutes
- Medium maps: ~30 minutes
- Large maps: ~50 minutes
Tips for best results:
- Clean the wall surface beforehand
- Start from the center and work outward
- Apply gentle pressure for a secure bond
Tips:
- Remove Slowly if Repositioning: If a piece needs repositioning, peel it off slowly to avoid damaging the wall or the adhesive.
Is the map removable? Will it damage my wall?
Yes — the map is removable in most cases without damaging the wall.
To remove:
- Use a hair dryer to gently warm each piece
- Slowly rotate and peel it off the wall
- Remove remaining adhesive carefully
On standard painted walls, the map can usually be removed cleanly. Wall condition, paint quality, and surface type can affect results.
Can I remove the map and install it again in a new place?
Yes. Many customers remove and reinstall their map when moving.
We recommend:
- Removing the pieces carefully using heat
- Replacing the adhesive tape before reinstalling
- Storing pieces flat during transport
Can I install the map alone, or do I need help?
Yes, installation can be done by one person. For larger maps, having a second person can make alignment faster and more fun, but it’s not required.

Will the map fit on my wall?
Each map comes in clearly specified sizes, which are listed on the product page. We recommend measuring your wall space beforehand and leaving some breathing room around the map for the best visual impact.
